Worse service ever! Terrible company!
My sister was traveling yesterday with Kent Tour from Kropyvnytskyi to Boryspil. The minibus was booked in advance, having stipulated the time in advance. Knowing how they dishonestly work, she asked exactly if there would be a departure at a given time, she was answered 100%. On the day of departure, the manager called and said that the flight would not be at 19:00, but at 19:20.
