I chose this company because I fell for advertising about European standards. The service is similar to any other tour operator in Ukraine: the same overpriced rate when paying, the same transfer, even worse, since the buses are huge, and therefore they collect a crowd of tourists longer, the same violent shopping trips, instead of quickly delivering tourists to the hotel or airport.

We flew with TUI, this hotel had a promotional price.
The journey began with the fact that the departure time was moved from early morning to evening. After arrival, we got to the hotel only after 3 hours: for some reason, the transfer bus stood at the airport for a long time, then took everyone to the supermarket for shopping, and only then to the hot...

The hotel is super, the tour operator is scoundrels ( Coral)
The beach is beautiful, there are always free sunbeds, there are practically no queues in restaurants. The food is excellent. The decor in the rooms is a little old, but probably this is the only negative.
