Tour operator Pilon sold me a tour the day before departure with an incomplete set of documents. After receiving the payment, the Tour Operator Pilon did not get in touch. Didn't answer calls. When I arrived in the country, I ran into trouble. Tour operator Pilon did not respond. My vacation didn't work. The tour operator Pilon is simply silent and obviously my financial and moral damage is compensated.
