I flew with them to Crete, there were no problems with the organization of the tour. They clearly follow all the moments and do not leave them at problematic moments, on the contrary, they try in every possible way to resolve the situation. As it was with our room - the hotel tried to check into a room overlooking the garden, I had to call the representative of the operator, who immediately resolved this issue, and then half of the hotel staff apologized to us) Thank you for your help in obtaining a visa in four days.

Thank you for a positive stay!
I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel and its staff, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was not the most expensive, but everything worked, the water was free, cleaned regularly.
