Fraud and scams have become the norm

I will not surprise anyone with my review, since such tactics seem to have become the norm for the Accord company. . My three very good trips with them in 2012, 2016 and 2017 gave me hope that everything will continue to be at the level, but. . . Back in October, my husband and I booked an eight-day tour "Magic Ball" for March-April 2018, dreaming of celebrating our silver anniversary in beautiful Vienna.

Comfortable enough hotel, but the location is not the best.

Italy › Rome › Warmth Hotel 4*

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as part of a bus tour. The hotel is new, with an interesting design, comfortable and quite quiet. The room is quite spacious and cozy, with many lamps, air conditioning and, importantly, excellent internet!
