Wanted to buy a last minute tour on their website. In the chat, we were assured that the tour was up to date. I sent scans of my passport for booking, paid the invoice. Just paid, it turned out that the amount increased by 80 dollars. Allegedly, the operator changed, although half an hour ago everything was relevant. They asked them to pick up something alternative, nothing intelligible was offered.
