Deception
We bought the Park Hotel in the city of Budva in Montenegro, as three stars. Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel is classified as two. We called the office, and a woman named Irina Nozdrya, in response to our question "how is that," answered in a boorish way "what do you want now? your hotel is the same as other hotels of the three-star category.

Does it get worse?
Complete lack of fire safety - no emergency exits, evacuation plans, fire / smoke detectors, there is only one fire extinguisher on the entire floor, the fire alarm buttons are knocked out and sealed with tape, the boxes where the water hoses should be are empty.
