The tour operator is just super!
We selected a tour operator based on what we knew. There was a large group of us with children, obviously they had a lot of different needs and a small budget, but the manager Marina coped with them to the best of her ability. A very competent manager who was on call with us 24/7. Shvidko responded to all situations and patiently provided consultations.

Disgusting food
The hotel is not bad, the rooms are clean. Cleaning and changing of bedding was done daily. The sea view from the room + the first coastline is a huge plus! But be prepared for the fact that at 21:01, you will not be poured even a glass of water from the cooler for free ((( Food.
