I do not recommend. There are nuances that can be offset by the price
The new building on the mountain is relatively close (~100 m. ) to the center of Palyanitsa, where there are 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, ski and equipment rental. The price is lower than everyone in Palyanytsa for a standard room.
