We flew to Egypt with the Anex tour to the Sunrise Royal Makadi hotel. In the bus!!! we are told (and there are 12 of us) that we are being taken to Albatros palace! In the bus!!! Without warning in advance, without giving an alternative, they take you to the hotel much cheaper, with a bad beach, with a bad entry into the sea. After 2 days of fraying nerves, they moved to another hotel of the same network, but we never got to the hotel for which we paid, which took so long to choose.
