We bought a ticket through the Compass travel agency, to Turkey at the 5th Scylax family club hotel, when boarding the transfer, I found that we were booked in another hotel, the transfer agent did not want to explain anything, he just said, I don’t know why the other hotel, my task is to take you to the hotel and that's it. We immediately said that another hotel was not suitable for us.
