The check-in was not at the 4k hotel itself, most likely, but at that 3k, which is also theirs. The settlement was in 3ku, and not in the declared 4ku. We were attracted by this hotel for the declared price and the fact that it is on the 1st line.

In the agency, everything was, in principle, normal. We only had a 3 hour flight delay. Everything was fine with the transfer. We had one tour, but we waited 40 minutes, after which we contacted the TPG operator, and they said that we did not come. Although we were 6 people standing 15 minutes before the indicated date of departure. But they came back for us.
