Terrible horror
You can understand the lack of fresh repairs and not new furniture, the crisis and so on. But piles of garbage on the territory, plastic and wrappers, unwashed tracks so that the soles stick, unworn tables in the restaurant, general dirt and unwillingness to work - it's disgusting!

Non-professional service
Agency staff do not have information on the condition of hotels. Sent to Hilton Sharks Bay, painting a high level of service. Actually the hotel is DIRTY !! There is nothing to eat. I had to move to another hotel, and on my own, but neither the agency nor the tour operator Join Up did not provide any assistance. Shame on you!
