Bright bridge with statues.

Dear huge synagogue.

"Paprika" in Budapest is known and has its own fairly high rating. You need to book a table here in advance, but we were lucky to get there at the height of the working day : ) The cuisine here is mainly national, Hungarian.

Quiet city park.

Residence of the Hungarian kings.

Pompous, pathetic, delicious.
Not being a lover of pathos and pomposity, I did not dare to come here for a long time. Looking first at my dusty sneakers and worn jeans, then at the huge windows decorated with gilded monograms, two feelings fought in me - awkwardness and curiosity.

The Budapest Funicular is the oldest functioning funicular in the world! Today, it serves more as an attraction for tourists, delivering everyone to the Buda Castle, than as a form of public transport.

Night Budapest from the deck of the ship.
