Definitely not 5*
Rested from 06/19/2021 for 11 nights mother + three children. The first impression is bad: unfriendly staff, the hotel is old and tired. Further worse, they settled in a “chic” room, I could not even think that such a thing exists in a hotel that positions itself as 5 *.
