Don't change bed
I liked everything in the hotel, but all the pluses were crossed out by a huge minus: the bed was not changed upon check-in. After contacting the reception, they moved to another room.

Attitude towards tourists is unacceptable
We were lucky enough to go on the Budapest-Vienna tour. It seems that the tourists came on their own, not from a travel agency. brought to Vienna by a regular transfer and left without the opportunity to purchase excursions. “Look for the “letter I” yourself, ask there. I don’t know Vienna. I won’t tell you anything” - these were the answers to all the questions of tourists.
