Previously, when choosing tours, I never paid attention to the tour operator, but in vain! the first (and last) time I managed to use the services of ANEX TOUR and their air carrier AZUR AIR. In general, the situation was like this, at the time of booking the tour, we were "promised" to fly there at 3:10 am and arrive at the hotel at 7-8 am and return flight at 20:30 pm, but in fact they postponed two flights and reduced the rest by two full days! instead of 3:10 the departure was at 19:30 and we got to the hotel at 23:30 and back instead of 20:30 the departure was at 7:00 in the morning.
