We have been in this hotel for a long time and decided to come back here again, but everything has changed a lot. Many free services have become paid, for example, a jacuzzi and a bathhouse.

The quality of service when choosing a tour was good. But the fact that we flew to the hotel and they wanted to move us to another for the New Year just because there were no places in this hotel, it was simply outrageous. In all other aspects everything was quite good.
