We spent quite a lot of time in Batumi - who attracted us with its metropolitan chic in provincial Adjara. It is interesting here, I want to walk and eat where to eat delicious food!

Interesting for history buffs
The fortress is not large, but it seems that the apostle Matthew is buried here (the grave is not allowed to be dug up). Entrance fee - 3 GEL. I was lucky, they let me and a few other "latecomers" in after closing (18-00) for free.

Charming place
We really enjoyed this piece of Italy in Georgia. Many cafes (we were in Mimino), many places for photo shoots. Pretty!

A very "European" place, photogenic, you want to spend time here and take a lot of pictures. The monument to Medea is not unambiguous for me from a historical point of view.
