We were moved to this hotel due to strange problems with our hotel. Settled in the first day in the apartment (this is just the name! ). Horror, the carpets are all stained and stained from cigarettes, there are stains on the walls and bedding that cannot be washed off!

I will never contact again.
We chose an online travel agency. The reviews were positive, the rating is high, so we decided to try it. I booked a trip to Bulgaria with a friend. We came to the agency, agent Olga talked to us. In advance, we selected on the site a convenient option for us Resort-Hotel. The website says that the price includes hotel AND transfer. Counted us the cost of the tour, we paid.
