The hotel is clean, comfortable beds, but ....soundproofing - 0. We lived in a room near the elevator, it seems that guests waiting for the elevator, talk to you in the room.

The first impression was spoiled by the reception.
We returned from the hotel on 05/01/2017. I will write immediately answers to questions that interested me, but I did not find answers. 1. If you are going to a standard room with two children - in each room there is a 2-tier bed (and the first tier is one and a half) and a double bed.

Hi all!! ! Yesterday we returned from Utopia. A lot of positive impressions, especially for children. The territory is very beautiful, the views are gorgeous - the presence of numerous steps did not bother - it’s even useful to walk around after such a binge.
