We chose this hotel because of the beautiful reef. We are satisfied with the check-in, they served us quickly, settled with 2 children in a superior room for a small surcharge, brought extra beds for children for free.

The girls served us competently, when the documents arrived, we were out of town, could not pick them up in time, they waited for us after the end of the working day to give us the documents.
