A year ago, a friend told me how well she had spent a week at the thermal springs in Adygea. She (and I) have problems with the musculoskeletal system. She enjoyed the trip very much.

walk along Red Street
Before leaving, I quickly looked through what can be seen in a few hours in Krasnodar (there were several hours on the way back between the transfer and the plane). I decided to take a walk around the center, because there was no time to inspect something in more detail.
