I do not advise, holidays are too rare to endure this.
Rested in Phoenix in August 2016. Paid for a comfort room with air conditioning and shower. Upon check-in, our group of 40 people began to be assigned rooms and it turned out that some of them did not have the rooms that they ordered, including me!
