23 km west of Nha Trang is the Batdang stream, or Dachai (Crawling Stone). A powerful stream, the length of which is 10 km, forms numerous waterfalls on its way. The banks of the stream are covered with lush vegetation, with heaps of stone blocks. Some of these stones are so large and bizarrely curved that they hang over the stream. The area is popular with nature lovers and ecotourists, who often camp on huge flat stone slabs.
