Glass Garden Chihuly
Museum of Glass, Chihuly Garden and Conservatory
USA, Seattle
The Seattle Glass Garden, created by master glassblower Dale Chihuly, opened in December 2012. On an area of one and a half acres, there is a garden in which glass figures are placed along the paths, a gallery of 8 exhibition halls, a glass pavilion, a multifunctional installation room, and a cafe. Inside the pavilion, with a height of 12 meters and a surface area of 1400 square meters, there is a 30-meter suspended structure of glass flowers.
The installation hall shows films about the production of art glass, about the life and workdays of master Chikhuli.
Dale Chihuly's incredibly colorful glass creations bewitch at first sight, you want to look at them again and again.
