The Museum of Modern Art is located between
Times Square and
Central Park. It was founded in 1929 and has been in its current location since 1939. The museum is famous for its collection of works of art - paintings (Van Gogh, Gauguin, Picasso, Dali, Malevich, Modigliani), sculptures (Rodin, Guimard), pop art (Warhol, Pollock, Neumann), architecture and design (Gaudi, Le Corbusier, Van der Rohe). Every year, the Museum of Modern Art receives about 3 million visitors.
