A unique village located in the Transcarpathian region. It is considered the longest in Ukraine - the length from one end to the other is 15 kilometers. The village is surrounded by picturesque mountain landscapes, the cleanest air and pristine nature. In addition, the villagers are provided with their own mineral water. But the main feature of Kolochava is that it is the only village in Ukraine with such a number of museums - 10! And more varied. The most famous is the “Old Village”, on the territory of which exhibits of the architecture and life of Transcarpathia are collected. In addition, there is a narrow-gauge railway with an old steam locomotive and ten wagons (Kolochava narrow-gauge railway) right there. Another feature of Kolochava is two dozen unusual monuments installed throughout the village. And besides, here is the only school of sheep breeding in the country.
