From the Laspinsky pass it is convenient to make simple hiking trips. You can walk to Cape Aya and the beaches of the Ayazma-Inzhir tract, you can go down the old road to the Batiliman tract to the beaches of Laspi Bay, or you can climb to the top of Ilyas-Kaya (682m), which rises above Laspi Bay, and visit one of places of power of the Crimea - Tyshlar rocks at the foot of the mountain, which are called the "Temple of the Sun".
From the Pass to the Rocks - 6 km. The route is not difficult, it passes along a forest dirt road. You can often meet meditating travelers in the Temple. And already from the Rocks themselves and to the top of Ilyas-Kai there is a steep path with loose dirt, on which you need to be very careful and climb only in dry weather. The views here are incredible, there is often fog, which adds to the mysticism of this place.
It is better to go down the same road to the Laspinsky pass, it will be more convenient to leave there by any transport passing along the highway.
On the Pass itself, it is interesting to go to the chapel of the Nativity of Christ (observance of the dress code is mandatory - very grouchy caretakers), climb the observation deck overlooking Laspi Bay and the mountains, sit in one of the local cafes with panoramic views (the most popular here is the cafe "Legend ").
