Kazantip Bay
Kazantipskaya Zatoka, Kazantip Bay
Crimea, Shcholkine
The Kazantip Bay is located in the southern part of the Sea of Azov, between the capes Kazantip and Chagany, and annually becomes a place for a secluded beach holiday and a "savage" holiday. This is a shallow bay with a sandy bottom and a variety of bays, the average depth of which is 7–8 m. Most of its coast is occupied by a shell-sand beach. Along the Kazantip Bay there are such villages as Azovskoye, Nizhnezamorskoye, Mysovoye, Novootradnoye and Zolotoe. Several children's camps and boarding houses for recreation have been built and operate on its coast, but the tourist infrastructure is poorly developed here. The small depth of the bay is perfect for swimming for both children and adults, and its unusual landscapes attract artists and photographers to it.
