Monument of nature of national importance (1975). The place where the Belbek River breaks through the Inner Mountain Range. Subjected to weathering, the steep slopes of the gorge form a rare complex of peculiar natural statues resembling either giant lurking monsters or Egyptian sphinxes... The depth of the canyon is 160 meters, the width in its upper part is about 300 meters. The Bakhchisarai-Ai-Petri highway passes through the canyon
