The Tsar's Rotunda is the hallmark of Voznesensk, an architectural monument of national importance in the style of classicism, erected in 1837 for the arrival of Emperor Nicholas I. It is a gazebo with 8 columns supporting a spherical dome, installed on an artificial hill in the park. On the three terraces around the rotunda, official city events are often held on the occasion of major public holidays, rallies and other public events are held, here, according to tradition, young couples take photos as a keepsake.
