Church of the Ascension in Mezhirov built on the banks of the river. Ditch in 1794 at the expense of the gentry Andrey Orlovsky, who bought Mezhirov in 1784 from the Lubomirsky family. The church was subordinate to the Lithuanian Roman Catholic deanery. In 1945, the temple was closed, its building was used for a long time as a collective farm granary, which affected its condition. Now the church and its bell tower are in a deplorable state, although in some places on the walls you can find traces of stucco molding. In 1869, the Orthodox Church of St. Alexander Nevsky was erected nearby.
