The city of Truskavets has been known since ancient times as a balneological resort with a wide range of medicinal mineral waters. Back in 1721, one of the textbooks contains information that the inhabitants of Truskavets and other villages of Galicia drank water mixed with oil to treat many diseases. And the main among these waters is Naftusya, the first written mention of which dates back to 1469, and a more detailed description, written by the royal physician Wojciech Ochka, appeared in 1578.→
