The National Natural Park "Holy Mountains" is located in the north of the Donetsk region and has an area of more than 40 thousand hectares. It was founded in 1997. The park is included in the list of "wonders of Ukraine". It hosts about a thousand species of plants, including 600-year-old oak, more than 250 species of animals, and more than 120 archaeological sites. And numerous sanatoriums of the park are good for the treatment of respiratory diseases.
