An open wooden gazebo and a symbol of the city. It belongs to the rarest direction of architecture in local development - historicism and is an example of small architectural structures. There are two versions of the authorship and time of construction of the Altanka. According to one of them, the gazebo was built on the site of an oil well (oil was not found! ) by the Pole I.
