Blue lakes near the village of Strigany - a cascade of five lakes in a pine forest 11 km northwest of the city of Slavuta, formed on the site of former peat quarries. The cascade of lakes is part of the Blue Lake hydrological reserve. The pits from the development of peat were gradually filled with water from artesian springs passing through a natural sand filter. Therefore, the water in the lakes, with an average depth of about 6 meters, is always clean. Fish are found here, crayfish live here, wild ducks, swans fly here. On hot summer days, there are always a lot of vacationers near the lakes, mostly car tourists. Green tourism is developing in the surrounding villages, and a camp site operates in Strigany in summer.
