The chapel of Vladimir the Equal-to-the-Apostles is located in the northwestern part of the city. It was built in 1999. The square building made of red brick is decorated with a sky-blue dome, on top of which there is a large Orthodox cross. The chapel is unusual for its numerous white rims resembling columns.
