Flotsky Boulevard in Nikolaev, laid in 1826 - a pedestrian embankment over the river. Ingul planted with trees and flowers. The boulevard offers an interesting view of the Ingul, the Bug Estuary and the Victory Park. A stone staircase leads to the river, similar to the Potemkin Stairs in Odessa. On the boulevard there is a memorial sign in the form of an old cannon, a monument to Colonel M.L. Faleev - the head of the construction of the city and the shipyard, a monument to the scientist and naval commander Admiral S.O. Makarov, a cross in honor of the 2000th anniversary of the Nativity of Christ, four stylized columns with a plaster angel on the capitals of one of them, the Crazy Cabbage monument, and a fountain refreshes those walking here in the summer.
