The memorial to the heroes of Krut is located near the village of Pamyatnoye, Borznyansky district, Chernihiv region. It was founded in 2006. The memorial is dedicated to the memory of those killed in the battle of Kruty in 1918. Then about 500 Kiev students laid down their lives, trying to stop the advance of the Bolsheviks. The memorial complex includes a monument, a burial mound, a chapel and a lake in the form of a cross.
