The history of the Pototsky estate goes back to the park, which was founded at the end of the 17th century by the Moldavian voivode Georgy Duka, who owned the Right-Bank Ukraine. The new owner of the Pechera, Jan Skverkovsky, expanded the park and planned to build a palace in it - a half-sized copy of the
Tulchin Palace. In 1840, the estate with the palace and adjacent land was bought by Konstantin Pototsky. He expanded the park and in 1904 built a
chapel-mausoleum here according to the project of V. Gorodetsky. After the revolution of 1917, the palace was dismantled, and a medical institution was built on its foundation. At present, the following remains of the manor: a chapel - the current church, an entrance gate with a metal fence, a park with 250-year-old lime trees, a stone staircase leading to the river, outbuildings from the beginning of the 20th century.
