The Small Potocki Palace in Tulchin was built in 1775 in the classical style, with originally one-story outbuildings on the sides. Count Pototsky handed over the building for the needs of the Russian army, and here in 1796-97 the headquarters of Field Marshal A.V. Suvorov. At his headquarters, the great commander wrote his famous book The Art of Victory. In 1816-18, the headquarters of the Second Russian Army was located in the Small Palace. In 1815, by decree of Alexander I, the outbuildings were rebuilt by captured French soldiers into two-story barracks. After the redevelopment, the interiors of the palace were not preserved. Currently, the building is occupied by the Tulchin Veterinary College.
