Old water tower

Old Water Tower, Old Tower

The old water tower is one of the symbols of the city. It is located in the city center near Donetsk Russian Drama Theatre. The tower was designed by local architect Victor Nielsen and built in 1910. Despite the fact that today the tower has no functional significance, it is an architectural monument and the dominant feature of the city center (located on a high hill).
