The church and monastery of the Sacraments is an ensemble of religious buildings in Lviv. Located on st. Tershakovtsev (former Marchenko), 9. In the 1990s, the cathedral was transferred to the UGCC and is called the Church of the Holy Trinity.

The church of the Sacraments was built in 1718 in half-timbered construction. In 1744-1780 it was rebuilt in stone. The church and the monastery were located in the middle of a large walled monastery garden. In 1880 or 1881 the church was rebuilt according to the design of the architect A. Minasevich; this major restructuring gave the church an Austro-Bavarian look.

The Church of Sacraments from the side of the main facade looks like a huge plinth of a high tower, set along the axis of the building. This was emphasized by the absence of a portal; the entrance to the church was from the adjacent monastery building. At the corners of the main facade there are small turrets that hide the side naves. The side facades of the church are more austere and lapidary, dissected by Ionic pilasters with garlands. The main decorative motif of these facades is elliptical windows decorated with stucco.
