The Church of the Holy Mother of God is located in the village of Sokolov, Kamenka-Bugsky district, Lviv region. It was built of wood in 1677 and was last restored in 1932. The church is a small three-frame building. Three sacristies are attached to its altar, next to the church there is a three-tiered bell tower.
