The Lutsk Children's Railway was opened in 1954. It runs along the banks of the Sapalaevka River and consists of two stations: Rosinka (former Pionerskaya) and Vodogray (former Molodogvardeyskaya). The length of the road is 1.1 km. In 1997, train radio communication was introduced on it. The Lutsk Children's Railway periodically suffers from flooding overflowing the banks of Sapalaevka.
