The Lutheran church is an architectural monument in the neo-Gothic style on the territory of the Lutsk historical and cultural reserve, was built in 1906 as a temple of the Lutheran community. In Soviet times, the regional archive was located in the building of the church. In 1960, the Lutheran Church was badly damaged during a hurricane that demolished its high spire; in 1972, the roof burned down in a fire. During the repair, the interior of the temple was divided into two floors in order to increase the area for storing the archive. In 1981, the church was recognized as an architectural monument and a few years later it was transferred to the community of Evangelical Christians-Baptists "House of the Gospel". The Baptists restored the spire, installed a cross on the central dome of the bell tower, a new altar, carved furniture, balconies, a pulpit, inserted new stained-glass windows.
