The caves are part of the monastery complex. The nearest one is located on the territory of the park of the former Miloradovichi estate - it is easy to find, it is located directly under the observation deck and has recently been restored from the outside. It is not big inside, because it was dug by one person - personally St. Anthony of the Caves. As for the amenities inside, I haven’t been, but the view from the cave is beautiful.
