The park named after the newspaper "Pravda" - the first park of Krivoy Rog - was opened in 1932 in the historical center of the city. The main attractions of the park are: a fountain in its center, a summer floating fountain on the river Ingulets, boat station (1957), a summer concert venue, colonnade arches, flight library, Spartak stadium, children's playground, rope town, bridges over the Ingulets and Saksagan rivers, open-air geological museum "Stone Alleys" with rock samples mined by mining and processing plants of the city.
On the territory of the park with an area of ​​27 hectares, more than 40 varieties of ornamental plants grow, including rare ones, doves and squirrels live. There is a beach area with three different tiers. The upper tier is a recreation area with sheds and sand, the middle tier is a wooden deck with benches and cabanas, and the lower tier is entry into the water.
