The boat station was built in May 1957 in the
Pravda newspaper park, near the confluence of the Ingulets River and the old channel of the Saksagan River. The station pavilion, designed by architect V. Sumaneev and sculptor L. Perzh, has been and remains one of the most popular places to visit for newlyweds. Near the station there is a metal tree of lovers, on which couples hang symbolic locks. In summer, boat and catamaran rentals are open here, opposite - on the river - there is a floating fountain. The boat station is included in the list of architectural monuments of local importance.
